Welcome to Surprise V. By using our services for balloon decoration, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. **Booking and Payment** – A booking is confirmed only after payment has been made in full or as per the agreed deposit terms. – Payments must be received before the event date to guarantee your booking. – Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by price changes.
2. **Cancellations and Refunds** – Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event for a full refund. – Cancellations made within 3-4 days of the event will result in a 10% cancellation fee.(within 3-4 days the payments will be refunded) – No refunds will be issued once the event date has passed.
3. **Service Delivery** – Our team will arrive at the venue 6 hours before the event to set up the decorations. – We are not responsible for delays or complications caused by external factors such as bad weather, venue restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. – Any changes to the decoration setup must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled setup time.
4. **Event Changes** – Any changes to the decoration design, theme, or number of items must be communicated at least 3 days prior to the event. – Additional charges may apply for changes made after this period.
5. **Liability** – We are not responsible for any damages or injuries caused by the decorations after they have been set up. – Clients are responsible for ensuring that the venue is safe and suitable for balloon decorations.
6. **Damage to Decorations** – Any damage to the decorations caused by the client or guests will result in additional charges. – If decorations are not returned in the same condition after the event, a repair/replacement fee will apply.
7. **Privacy and Data Protection** – We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. – We may contact you regarding your booking, promotions, and services relevant to your needs.
8. **Force Majeure** – We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
9. **Amendments to Terms and Conditions** – We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to the client and are effective immediately upon posting on our website. By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
